About The Founder

Rev. Fr. John-Paul F. Akumchi, SD, a priest of the Diocese of Buea, Cameroon in Africa, currently on further studies in Italy, is the founder way back in June, 2018. What all started from a charitable outreach gesture from his family and friends during the celebration of significant events in his life in the likes of birthday and ordination paved the way for him to share with the underprivileged and vulnerable. With the passage of time, the support from family and friends kept coming as he constantly updated them on the proceed of their generosity. Considering the political instability in Cameroon, unidentified charity could be misunderstood so in 2019, the idea of legalizing the outreach was conceived and the required procedure was initiated leading to the official approval in June 2021. After working in a war red-zone for two years and seeing humanity suffer, the desire to do more in alleviating the living conditions became paramount. In this light, while in Europe undergoing certified studies in Law, leadership, management, Fund raising, counseling and safe guarding policy, the founder saw the urgent need three years after the approval to review the constitution with the internal rules and regulations of the association in 2024.The novelty saw the need of a public Facebook page and a website for the foundation.
